The beard shampoo removes EVERYTHING from your beard, so this conditioner is paramount for remoisturizing before applying oil/balm. Use plenty and keep in for a few minutes for a great condition and scent.
I love the kit, I had mentioned when i received the kit my comb feel out and broke, the staff reached out and let me know that they was sympathetic to my issue and I just received my new comb. I cannot say enough how much I enjoy this company and every product i have tried or currently use is amazing.
