Love your products, easily the best beard oils and balms I have used in the last two decades
I only got the beard oil when I ordered 10-4. I put it on the other night after a shower and now wish I would have bought the balm to go with it. Excellent scent!
Love the products and talk about them as I'm asked about my beard at home and during my business travels. However, the thoughts that run through my mind regarding shipping protection can range from, "if I don't pay the fee their attention to detail while fulfilling my order will be minimal", "from a sales perspective this is a good way to increase the average ticket" and "if the product is theirs and the carrier is the organization they've chosen to partner with in the delivery of the goods I've purchased why would I need to pay shipping protection?" Again these are some of the thoughts that pass through my mind whenever I see shipping protection from CBC or any company. I could possibly be a lack of clear messaging from companies prior to making the purchase. Possibly it's a lack of attentiveness on my part. Placing it so far at the end feels a bit like a car deal where the price isn't the price to me though. Please understand I'm for you...just sharing Take care and please keep cranking these fantastic scents. Churchwarden and Lock & Key have been scent profiles that work well for me.
